• Details you submit: name, organisation, phone number, email, city/state, message, and the products and quantities you add to a quote or distributor enquiry.
• Browser storage: your selected quote items are saved on your own device (local storage) so they remain between visits. This stays in your browser and is not sent to us until you submit a quote request.
• Enquiry activity: when you press WhatsApp, Call, Email, "Become a distributor" or "Add to quote", or send a form, we note the action, the page, the product you were viewing, your device type (phone, tablet or computer) and the site you came from, together with a random visitor code kept in your browser. If you sent a form, we also keep the details you typed. These records are stored in our business system and in a lead list in our Google Drive, and are used only to follow up enquiries and understand which pages bring enquiries.
• Technical data: like most sites, our hosting provider may log IP address, browser type and pages requested for security and operation.

2. How we use it

• To respond to product, quote, bulk-order and distributor enquiries.
• To arrange supply, pricing and follow-up for business relationships you request.
• To keep the website secure and working properly.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. WhatsApp and third-party services

If you click a WhatsApp button, or if a form is set to send via WhatsApp, your message is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy. Form submissions may be processed by a third-party form service (such as Formspree or Web3Forms) that delivers them to our email. The site loads the Three.js library from the cdnjs content delivery network, which may receive your IP address when it serves the file.

4. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. It keeps a random visitor code in your browser's local storage so the same button pressed again on the same page is not counted twice. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser data. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy.

5. Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the site or deliver your enquiry, with logistics or distribution partners where needed to fulfil your request, and where required by law.

6. Retention and security

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed for the purpose above or as required by law. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no online transmission is completely secure.
