Shipping & Delivery Policy

SOLVY ships from Indore, Madhya Pradesh, to addresses across India through trusted courier partners.
1. Dispatch time
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 2 to 3 working days of a confirmed payment. Sundays and public holidays are not counted.
2. Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. Delivery dates are estimates and not a guarantee.
3. Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices on the website are MRP and include all taxes.
4. Tracking
When your order is dispatched we send you the courier name and tracking details by SMS, WhatsApp or email.
5. Delivery address
Please enter a complete and correct address and a working phone number. We are not responsible for delays caused by a wrong or incomplete address. If delivery fails, the courier may return the parcel to us, and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
6. Damaged or delayed orders
Check the parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged or leaking, follow our Refund & Return Policy. If your order is delayed beyond the time above, contact us and we will check with the courier.
7. Bulk and business orders
For bulk packs, regular supply or distributor orders, delivery time and freight are agreed with you in the quote.
