These Terms govern your use of the SOLVY website and any enquiries or quotes you submit through it. By using the site you accept these Terms.

1. About us

SOLVY is a cleaning chemical brand based in Indore, India, supplying products for institutional, commercial and household use.

2. Website use

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, submit false or misleading information, or copy content for commercial use without our written permission.

3. Product information

Product descriptions, pack sizes, uses and dilution guidance are provided for general information and may change. Always follow the instructions on the product label and safety data sheet. Images and 3D visuals are illustrative and may differ from actual packaging.

4. Quotes and orders

• A quote request is an enquiry only and is not an order or a binding offer.
• Prices, availability, delivery time and payment terms are confirmed by SOLVY in writing or on WhatsApp/email.
• An order is accepted only when we confirm it. Taxes (including GST), freight and other charges are quoted separately where applicable.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example due to stock, pricing errors or inability to deliver to your location.

5. Distributor and dealer partnerships

Submitting a partner enquiry does not create a distribution agreement. Appointments, territories, margins and responsibilities are set out in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

6. Safe use

Cleaning chemicals can be hazardous if misused. Keep out of reach of children, do not mix different products, use protective equipment where advised and store as directed on the label.

7. Intellectual property

The SOLVY name, logo, designs and website content belong to SOLVY or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, SOLVY is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product, if any. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Third-party links and services

The site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, have jurisdiction over disputes.
